Pre-cleanse and cleanse the skin before dividing the treatment area into sections. Roll the Cosmetic Body Roll-CIT® vertically, horizontally, and obliquely over each section using mild but firm pressure for several minutes. Follow with your recommended Environ body oils, lotions, or moisturisers. The instrument is generally used in the evening and should be introduced gradually according to skin tolerance and professional guidance.

Use only as directed and handle the instrument carefully to avoid injury. Do not use on active acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, open wounds, inflamed skin, or compromised skin conditions.
