Fleur de Paris Spa – Service Refund Policy (Skin Care Treatments)

Effective Date: February 23, 2026

This Service Refund Policy applies to skin care treatments and spa services booked with Fleur de Paris Spa. (Retail product returns are covered under the Return Policy.)

1) Services are non-refundable once provided

Because spa treatments are performed at the time of the appointment, all completed services are final and non-refundable, including (but not limited to) facials, advanced treatments, add-ons, and series sessions.

2) Cancellations, rescheduling, and the 24-hour rule

To respect reserved appointment time and provider availability:

  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment are not eligible for a refund.

  • If a deposit, prepayment, or cancellation fee applies to your booking, it will be disclosed at the time of booking and is subject to this 24-hour policy.

  • No-shows may be charged a fee and are not eligible for refunds.

How to avoid charges: Please cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance.

3) If you’re unhappy with a service

Your experience matters. If something doesn’t feel right, please let us know as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours). We will review concerns case-by-case and may offer, at our discretion:

  • a treatment adjustment,

  • a corrective session, and/or

  • store credit.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are not provided for completed services.

4) Packages, series, promotions, and special offers

Promotional pricing, series, packages, and specials:

  • may be non-refundable,

  • may have expiration dates or restrictions, and

  • are not guaranteed to be extendable.

Any applicable terms will be provided at purchase or booking.
