This Return Policy applies to retail product purchases and clarifies policies related to services, deposits, gift certificates, and promotions.
 

1) Retail skin care products (purchased through Fleur de Paris)

Fleur de Paris offers professional skin care products. Orders may be placed by phone or email.

Eligibility (products)

  • Returns are accepted for new, unopened, unused products in original packaging.

  • For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that are opened, used, or tampered with.

Return window

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery (or in-spa purchase date).

How to request a return
Contact us with:

  • Your name and contact information

  • Items to return

  • Purchase date and (if shipped) delivery date

  • Reason for return

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item).

  • Free shipping may apply on orders over $50.

Return shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
 

2) Services & appointment charges

Because spa services are provided at the time of appointment:

  • Completed services are not refundable.

  • If you are unhappy with a service, please notify us promptly (ideally within 48 hours). We will review concerns case-by-case and may offer an adjustment, corrective session, or store credit at our discretion.
     

3) Deposits & cancellation fees (if applicable)

Some appointments may require deposits or may be subject to cancellation/no-show fees depending on how you book. If a deposit or fee is required, it will be disclosed at booking.
 

4) Gift certificates

Gift certificates may be sold/processed through a third-party provider linked from our site.
Unless required by law, gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen certificates may not be replaceable—please treat them like cash.
 

5) Promotions and special offers

Promotional pricing, series, packages, and specials:

  • May be non-refundable

  • May have expiration dates or restrictions

  • Are not guaranteed to be extendable
