Massage the Dual Action Pre-Cleansing Oil over the face and neck using dry hands to help loosen surface oils, sunscreen, and make-up. Wet your hands slightly and continue massaging until the oil turns into a milky emulsion, then rinse thoroughly with water. Follow with your preferred Environ cleanser to remove any remaining residue. The product may be used morning and evening as the first step in your cleansing routine.
